Colour the design in and make it your own! I found using pencil crayon and gel pens to colour in the drawings was a lot of fun the white gel pen showed up really well for details.
 
I drew each illustration so the Bees can fly from the front cover to the back in a wrap-around landscape. Colour in the drawing! Pencil crayons, gel pens all work really well on the cover. The brown kraft card stock gives you soft colours. I love how the gel pens work for fine detail, especially the white.

I hand make each journal including all the illustrations on the covers and the pages. The cover is a heavy Kraft card stock and the inside pages are a bright white perfect for writing or sketching. Using my sewing machine I stitched the binding for a secure hold.
